Trackway is a group live location tracking application that helps you and those in your group travel safely. We have implemented this Privacy Policy because your privacy, and the privacy of other Service users, is important to us.
Trackway ("us", "we", or "our") operates https://www.Trackway.app. This page ("Privacy Policy") informs you that we use Personal Information that we collect, receive and store about individuals in connection with all of the services that we offer, whether via our website (the "Site") or via our mobile software application (collectively the "Service").

Location Use
We will use your ‘live’ Location information to share with others on your trip only while the Live Tracking Map screen is open. This is to inform all those on your trip as to each other’s location. This information may be used to alert others in your group or a designated person(s) in case of any likely or anticipated ‘incident’.
In addition, your ‘past’ Location information will be used to show past paths to the those on your trip. This information may also be used to develop and present other ride related statistics to you and your group.
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy was effective as of November 17, 2021, last updated June 7, 2022, and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
Merger, Sale or Bankruptcy
